      Actually new subscriber kami sa globe, tapos walang narereceive yung mother ko na bill and nung chinecked ko yung phone nya para makita yung balance nya, 3000+ na yung bill nya. Hindi ko naman pedeng iapply sa paperless billing si mama dahil hindi naman nya alam yun at makakalimutin din sya. Kinuha namen yung plan for her para macocontact nya kami. Dapat pinapadalhan nyo pa din kami ng bill. And pede bang bayaran ng kalahati muna yung bill nya? Iaccept ba ng globe yung payment? Kung may bill sana syang narereceive edi sana updated na kami sa bayaran para hindi  kami natatambakan ng bayarin.

          Call 211 and request for re-delivery of bill statement. Yes you can pay minimal amount to avoid disruption of services.

            I would advise na magvisit kayo sa nearest Globe business center to sort it out bakit hindi kayo nakakatanggap ng bills. Baka may error sa address, system, things in that nature at malalaman lang if pumunta kayo sa store. In regards to payment plan, pwede naman like bayad half and the rest magseset lang ng date of payment.
