Sorry to know that. Has this been resolved? May I know if you are using a Globe Prepaid or Postpaid SIM?
For Prepaid, you can retrieve your PUK code provided at the back of the SIM tray. You may also request for a SIM replacement if you don't have the SIM tray with you. Just bring the actual blocked SIM and 1 valid I.D. and visit any Globe Store. Our store representatives will assist you. Take note that you will still retain your current number.
For Postpaid, however, you can already retrieve your PUK code via MyAccount. Just register or login to http://aacounts.globe.com.ph
