      Hi. I just got my plan yesterday and one of your representatives at Edsa Shangri-la told me that it'll be activated after 5hrs. Yet the phone says "invalid sim card". Please do help me on this. Thanks!

          You may want to call 02.7301000 to make a follow up or check the status of your sim. If they say it had been activated already then try turning your phone off and on again. After several attempts and the sim is still invalid then you might have to return it to the Globe store as it might be defective.
