    PostPaid Application- Additional Line. No feedback from Support Group since Nov 20.


      Hi Globe. I still haven't heard from your support group about the status  of my additional phone application. It's Lenovo A536plan 499.  I send my application thru hotline last Nov 20, 2014. 

      Sent primary IDs thrice.

      Called you 7 times but your CSR can only "escalate" my problem or "create a ticket".

      I even talked to your postpaid specialist still they can only escalate this  to your "support group".  I asked them if there's any note left but there wasn't.    I still do not receive any feedback, email nor call of the status of my application.  I was beginning to think that maybe there are no stocks of this phone anymore.   

      this is the ticket number last I called was Dec 20 or 23 - 69219212 

      YOur postpaid specialist gave me this number- 41164590 

      This is just an additional phone line and I've been a loyal customer for two years.

      Kindly help me escalate this to your SUpport Group as what your CSR told me.
