    iPhone 5s Warranty


      Hi Globe Community,

      Good day.

      My iPhone 5s lightning USB cable broke exactly 8 days after the delivery of handset (I just received the handset last December 19, 2014). I'm just wondering if Globe can replace the damaged cable. I went to GBC SM Gensan to ask if they can replace it but as per CSR since the damage occurred beyond 7 days, it is best to call the iCenter to seek for assistance. They gave me a globe number of iCenter Manila (which I called) but nobody is answering.

      Is there any other way to address this issue a little bit faster? Can we just have this resolved within our local centers?
