    I have no carrier billing on my google play.


      Later when i purchased apps on google play and buy apps again it say "your device is not provisioned for carrier billing contact your mobile operator" and "Message from your mobile provider" Dear customer, Direct Carrier Billing is Disabled for this mobile number" can anyone help me? how can i fix this issue. although when i put or change new sim card my problem is solve but i want to use my real number or sim card. Thanks
