    how special are we those who are recontracting from the new accounts? what edge do we have from them?


      old accounts against new accounts

      i feel the term loyalty and retention is not applicable as there is no difference from new applications when the recontracting comes in.

      sure we can have our old plan but other than that? what else? a free phone? a rebate? what if these are not applicable?

      i think Globe needs to make or create a suited "perk/s" for those who choose to keep their acounts for the next couple of years.
