Call 211 or register an account at accounts.globe.com.ph. Enroll your mobile that you want to check the bill. Verify it. Once verified, you can use the self service menu to manage your account.
In your case, select Change of Plan - Change Combos and choose wisely to avoid further issues.
Note that change in plan must be made 5 days before your cut off billing inorder to take effect on the next billing cycle.
