    Application update


      Hi. I applied for Plan 1799 re-contractization last Dec. 21, 2014. I was scheduled to claim my handset at Gateway Cubao last Jan. 6, 2015. However, as of today, I still haven't received any notification regarding the availability of the unit. Even the Globe center staff cannot assure me of a date. Please help.
