    Recontracting has not been effected yet for almost 2 months already


      Handset was delivered last November 14, 2014.  But as of this writing, my recontracting has not been effected yet (almost 2 months already).  When I call the customer service, they are saying that there is sill an open item that needs to be closed.  GLOBE what is your turn around time on this?  You are not creating a WONDERFUL WORLD to your client with this kind of service.
