Can someone from Globe help me follow-up my application for a new line. Here is my ticket number :1501121707 . I applied for a globe postpaid plan 1799 iPhone 5s last January 2 , 2015 at Globe Gateway Cubao. They told me that it will be processed for 3 to 5 days. I went back last Saturday January 10, 2015. They told me that they would text me today January 12, 2015. I then contacted the postpaid after-sales department. They told me that my follow-up request would be forwarded to support department and I should wait for a feedback in the next 24 hours. I do have an existing globe broadband/landline account with globe so I am hoping that this would be a smooth application.
