      Thanks for all the agents who assisted me regarding my concern since December 2014.



      But I would like to give a special thank you to the agent that assisted me today and gave a resolution to my concern.


      Good job Ms. Monica Melo.




      Too many reference numbers that was created and was closed to my concern and this person gave one powerful shot to resolved it. I am not sure what's your power or it is just doing your job but you really gave the solution that was I think should be done. Again, GOOD JOB!


      Also, I would like to thank your supervisor that help you to resolved the concern.



      What you have done is the meaning of OWNERSHIP. Taking own the issues or concerns of your customer from start to finish.
