Cash Out vs PV for the Gadget

Good day. I applied for mySuperplan 999 last November and the cash out for the gadgets that I availed was Php4,800. One thing I forgot to ask sa nag-assist sa akin, why may cash out pa if may 600PV for the gadget deducted from the 1,700PV of the plan during the contract period? Anybody who can clarify the matter? Thank you.

Truth is, it is to compensate for the cost of money. Nothing is better than cold cash.

The PV is nothing more than a perceived value which has already been integrated into the plan and had been present with all the plans that Globe had been offering since they started operations. If the subscriber truly had the freedom to apply the PVs then we could have charged the whole amount to the PV allocation given to us.
