    I have been getting intermittent connectivity for almost two weeks now. It is  noticeable everytime i open a new tab and picture for videocall isn't good I have also checked all connections from the back of the router and try restarting it but somehow the

      intermittent connectivity for almost two weeks,,,problem unresolve due to the changing of the schedule of the technician,unacceptable service.How to make my report be prioritized as a customer?
