I've been to that plan before, what i did was contact globe 730-1000. select options 2, then 2, then 8, to connect you directly to customer service. They will create a job order for that (repair ticket). Then on the exact scheduled repair day, the tech will call you thru landline. Just have your computer up and running, including the speedtest website (speedtest.net) to monitor improvements. Hope this helps abit.
