      I was supposed to get my unit tomorrow, Jan 21, after recontracting last Jan 11, at least according to the agent who processed my request. When I went online and talked to their chat support agent, Mitch told me that my request was cancelled due to unit unavailability. This was after talking to 6-7 phone agents who confirmed to me that my request my processed correctly. If I had not followed up my application online, I would not have known that it was cancelled. Has anyone experienced this?
