You can start by applying for a postpaid plan by submitting documents which would:
1. prove that you are the really the person who is applying (IDs) for the plan;
2. prove that you have the capability to sustain the plan you are applying for over the period you would choose (financial documents); and
3. prove that you have an address where they could send you the statement of account or demands in case you are not able to fulfill your end of the contract.
I too am self employed with several plans with Globe and it's not that hard.
Isn't there any discriminations against self-employed people? I am just wondering since I only submitted my Bir Form 1701. I don't know if that would be enough.
