    Confusing process

      I just decided to cancel my application. I initially applied online but when I checked the status when I called Globe, said no existing application and I was referred to Globe store so I did and submitted requirements. 6 days after, I went back to the Globe store and was advised it will take a few months before approval since I work for JP Morgan Chase and they consider it as a BPO. I was just surprised because my friend applied for a line too in Baguio, she's less than 2 years but was approved immediately. While on my case, I'm already working for our company for 2 years, has higher position but will take A FEW MONTHS per the rep who assisted me. Outrageous. :( Bad customer service, for me.
