    Postpaid Plan Application

      I applied for a Plan 299 last Dec 26, 2014 and on the same day I submitted my complete requirements. I called 4 times already since Jan 12, 2015, but the customer care keeps on telling that it is still on process and no feedback received yet from the Sales Team. This is very frustating since it is already more than 3 weeks. If ever this would reach February, I would really won't hesitate to cancel it. For only Plan 299, it takes Globe to decide whether they will approve my application or not for more than a month?
