    How can my brother process my globe postpaid account re-connection, change sim and change plan?




      I have a postpaid account in globe  and my brother was using it until it was disconnected to many months of unpaid balance. Just recently we paid the outstanding amount and wanted to reconnect it, change the plan and and change #. The problem is out of the country for months and my brother will be the one to process it. What can i do for globe to allow him to process and sign the forms?
