Ang Tanauan po ay covered po ng 3G at 4G. Pero bakit po hindi ako nakakaconnect sa 4g? LTE-capable naman po ang cp at sim ko.

To know if your area is covered by LTE, turn on your mobile data and set it to 4G or LTE. If you see the signal changes to LTE then it means your location is covered. However, if you are only receiving 3G or H or H+ that there is no LTE available in your area. Also, based on Globe 4G coverage area if you are referring to Tanauan, Leyte the 4G covered area is at Sitio Moroporo Canramos (Pob.), Tanauan, Leyte.

To know more about LTE and areas covered with LTE please  see the link LTE Tutorial | Data | Help and Support  then on your concern, LTE is currently offered to a Globe Postpaid subscribers only, so that is the reason why your device cant acquire LTE if your line was under prepaid account,

@asdfghjk   Were you not totally not use 4G or intermittent connection only on 3G- and 4G

or have you try asking other globe 4g users if they do experience same case?

otherwise factor maybe on your area of which 4G has something to do, better visit nearest globe store or   you can call hotline 211 for further assistance, using your globe number.
