Account activation for Globe broadband is within 1-2 business days. The technician who installed your connection will need to report it first to Globe that they already done with the installation. That is the only time Globe will process the activation of your account. I suggest that you monitor your connection first. Now if within 2 business days and you are still getting the same speed, try to restart your modem if that didn't solve the connection problem, call the hotline and verify if your account is already active.
