      Bakit po kahit naka cut na yung line may charges parin?? Hndi ko po maintindihan hndi ko nmn gnagamit umabot ng 4000+ yung bill ko?? kelangan ko po ng paliwanag. Thanks

          Nung nagpa cut ka ba tapos na kontrata? Pag hindi pa syempre machacharge ka pa rin hangang matapos ang kontrata. Pumirma ka eh. 


          Hindi dahil nacut ang linya dahil pinabayaan mo ay hihinto rin ang bill mo. May kontrata kang pinirmaan. Yan ang maliwanag. Obligasyon mo tapusin ang kontrata at bayaran ang bill mo hangang matapos ito.



          Kung gusto mo magpapermanent disconnection tumawag ka sa 211 or 027301300.

            Huge fraction of Postpaid subs  had misconception on Month Recurring Fee while the account is redirected.

             

            The monthly service Fee or Monthly recurring charge will still be billed as is, regardless if the account is temporarily disconnected, as mentioned by fervish this is the subscribers obligation stipulated on the contract,

              Nag requst po ba kayo ng permanent disconnection o hinayaan nyo lang na madeactivate..?

              Meron pong process for line deactivation, pwede sa hotline and pwede din sa Globe store. Applicable Penalty Fees should also be discuss kung nakapag decide na kayo na ipaterminate yung line. This fees will depend on your Plan and contract.

                  K. Once temporarily disconnected/call redirected, the Subscriber shall still be billed for the Best-ever MY SUPER PLAN MSF, but shall not be able to use the service until the Subscriber settles the overdue balance of his/her account in full.
