    what's really the matter with globe? I cant actually reach 211 for help. there's always many calls to be entertained, what about mine? I have some concerns. i hope that you guys could actually work things out.

      oh my gosh. i have a concern regarding the activation of my wireless phone. it's been one month and yet it hadn't been activated up to now! it's been a month guys. hope you could work things out for the convenience of your customers. and one more thing, please entertain my call on 211!
