    Hi. I just wanna know why until this time, I haven't received any notification from the Globe Store that I can pick-up my handset which is scheduled for pick-up today.


      I requested for re-contracting last January 24. The agent I spoke with informed me that the schedule for pick-up is today, January 30 and that my preferred Globe Store will notify me. I was just wondering why until this time, I haven't heard from the Globe Store? Can someone assist me on this please. It's kinda frustrating. Would appreciate if someone from Globe will address my concern. Thank you very much.
