I'm a long time subscriber in your company. I went from other telcos to yours mainly because of bad service in internet connection, frequent disconnections. Now, I'm experiencing the same to you. It started last December of 2014. I lived at Paranaque area before then move in Sucat - Muntinlupa with your line. I'm currently subscribed at plan 1599 (phone and internet). May I ask why?
