    Globe Account Bug


      Just this evening I was logged onto my globe account that has two mobile numbers enrolled in it. Then all of the sudden my first number had the inactive icon (red circle). When I refresh the page it disappeared by itself. Then the same thing happened to the second number and I didn't even click the "Remove Account" button. They all just disappeared by themselves.


      I tried to register my mobile numbers again but it keeps saying the following message:

      "We cannot find the account you're trying to enroll. Please check your entry and try again"

      I have checked numerous times and the number I entered is correct.


      Please tell me why this is happening. My online account provides another option for me to check my balance...
