i called up globe through 211 and also used chat assist. both CSR mentioned that my bill rebate will be forfeited.
Hhhmmm.. Maybe the system is still in transition and the new plans aren't fully implemented yet. I'll just do a follow up after a few days.

That;s the answer we always get from the hotline which is contrary to what is posted in the link.
Globe should straighten out everything so there won't be conflicting answers.
