    How can I question specific items in a bill?


      There's a discrepancy in my bill. I've been charged unli data roaming for the time I was in HK, but I never turned on my phone's data at that time. I checked my phone data log, and there is no data used during the period in question. According to customer service, the transaction originated from my SIM, which is really weird. Apparently there's no way of reversing the charges. Who can I file a formal complaint to?
