Please perform the following troubleshooting:
- Turn off handset then turn it on.
- Turn off handset and remove battery then put back the battery and turn on handset.
- Try a different SIM card on the handset.
- Try the SIM card on different handset.
i try it but still i cant access a data connection.
Ensure that Use Packet Data/Mobile Data is enabled and APN is correct.
Tap Wireless and network.
Tap Mobile networks.
Tap Use packet data to enable mobile data.
Scroll to and tap Access Point Names.
Ensure that Access Point Name is correct:

MyGlobe INET (Prepaid): http.globe.com.ph
