    Undelivered Handset/No Update Received from "Support Group"


      My handset has been delayed for 6 days now. Hearing the same spiel from all agents that the support group will contact me but until now, no one ever did. Never heard from the "Support" group. Never heard from the call-out department. Globe, what is happening? Consider changing your spiel. Besides, you're the one who gives commitments and turnaround time. Why are you guys making this sooo frustrating? I really don't understand. Is this the kind of service your clients deserve? Not to mention that we are platinum accounts. Never felt the "perks" anyway. Please do something. Please.joshl
