      Hi i was at Globe SM Sta Mesa earlier to validate my GCash account but when the lady sent me the message that would link my phone number to my account, the message won't send. we tried it twice. Ang masama lang nyan, hindi rin alam nung mga tao dun kung bakit ayaw mag send dun sa automated message nung reply ko. Nagpaload pa nga ako para sure na mag send sya but it did not happen. I got in my email just now that i am already KYCed does that mean i can use my account already or do i still need to bring my concern sa hotline nila para dun sa naging issue ko sa mall kanina? would really appreciate the help thanks!!
