Is that a postpaid sim? If it is, usually new postpaid subscribers have to wait for 24-hours after receiving the sim. If the sim still not active after the given time frame, you can try to insert the sim on another device to double check if is still not receiving any signal. After you tried the sim on another device and the problem is still the same, you need to contact the hotline to report your concern. You can call 211 using Globe Mobile or dial 730-1000 using a landline.
