    Erroneous billing statement


      can someone here help me?no one from

      211 was able to solve my problem. Recontracted last december and I was charged a one time cashout for my ip6 this january bill instead of charge to bill for 24 months...been bugging globe since then and made a lot of phone calls to 211 just to hear same thing over and over again that is to wait for 24 to 48 hours...its been a month already but still no resolution on this matter...i just paid my msf though...i wouldn't like to pay on what i havent signed for?my cut off is on the 10th so i hope globe already fix this...im really getting frustrated already....
