    SIGNAL PROBLEM

"Giving good services" com'on globe how can you provide us better service if your signal is not stable... I dont live in the mountain for me to experience signal problems... You keep on advertising about your high quality services then why broadcast if you really don't mean what you advertise! Been experiencing internet connection problem/signal problem since 2014! Don't wanna waste my time again talking to your customer service representative because they are not giving me any positive results... It is your responsiblity to provide your consumer a much better service than what you are giving now... Trusted your company's services so you are liable to hand solutions regarding my concern..

I SUGGEST THAT YOUR COMPANY SHOULD START BEING A RESPONSIBLE PROVIDER... STOP IGNORING AND START RESOLVING!!!!
