    Poor Customer Service and Unlisurf service


      I cant use my Unlisurf service at home. I already reported the issue numerous time but the case always closed. I am really not happy and satisfied on the hotline support. I have the worst ever experience with Globe Customer service. The last time I called they just placed me on hold for more than 1 hour and after 1 hour the representative went back on the line but she is not speaking and I only hear her breath. This habit is very unprofessional. I hope the management will take care of this incident. Aside from poor customer service I also experienced poor Network connection of Globe.
