It's been 5 weeks already and this slow browsing for their postpaid plans is making me sick. I am working online and can't work well. Kunti lang ang matapos na work ko within a day. Calling Support every week, wala pa rin action. What's happening to the world? I requested resolution, they cant give it to me. Pag ma delay ung bayad ko ng 1 day from the due date, ang KAPAL ng mga mukha ng mga billing nila. Biruin nyo, tatawagan pa ako para mag remind sa payment. And then pag sasagutin ko na, sorry maam/sir, I forgot.. ill pay it.. tatanungin pa ako na "Mga kelan kaya babayaran mo sir?" Kapal talaga ng mga mukha. Pag serbesyo naman yung hingi ko, eh super delay. 5 weeks is not a joke. Its not worth to pay 1700 for this 5 mbps + landline bundle when i only receive 1mbps per day. then very slow browsing. Oh come on! Time to cut this off. Been loyal to you but not worth anymore to keep you.
