you may try the following troubleshooting guidelines and perform Manual Network Selection:
a. Turn off handset then turn it on.
b. Turn off handset and remove battery then put back the battery and turn on handset.
c. Try a different SIM card on the handset.
d. Try the SIM card on different handset.
