I assumed that you are using prepaid account.. please check if the APN on your settings cellular data is -- "http.globe.com.ph" that's the default settings for your mobile browsing.
Coz I'm a prepaid also.. Same scenario I was encountered .. Might as well try that. Reset your settings on cellular then change the APN to http.globe.com.ph try off and on the cellular. Give us update once your done
