It's been seven days (nine including weekends) since I upgraded my wimax connection to LTE. They said it'll take 3-5 working days to activate my account. I already called the hotline numerous times, escalation reports hav been sent to their support team numerous times, and I've been told that the support team will update me regarding the problem (numerous times). Not a single update from them. Can I call their support team instead? I'm a freelancer and 9 days with interrupted internet connection is hell. Can any admin this community help?
Seriously, I wanna punch the device whenever I see that red light.
