For Roaming activation all you need to do is to have your prepaid account a balance of atleast Php50 maintaining balance to continue using your GROAM services after activation.

hi please perform the following troubleshooting first and manual network selection:
a. Turn off handset then turn it on.
b. Turn off handset and remove battery then put back the battery and turn on handset
c. Try a different SIM card on the handset.
d. Try the SIM card on different handset.
