      My roaming is offline now how can i use it again... cause i dont have received any txt that tell me to renew groam globelive

          For Roaming activation all you need to do is to have your prepaid account a balance of atleast Php50 maintaining balance to continue using your GROAM services after activation.

          You may want to call Globe at Contact Us to know if your Prepaid Roaming service is still activated.

            hi please perform the following troubleshooting first and manual network selection:


            a. Turn off handset then turn it on.

            b. Turn off handset and remove battery then put back the battery and turn on handset

            c. Try a different SIM card on the handset.

            d. Try the SIM card on different handset.
