    slow internet prob

      status.pnggood day. my plan is broadband/landline 5mbps business acc. share ko po prob na na iincounter ko ngayun.. last week pinalitan yung cable ko ng semi fiber cable from cabnet and to my end dahil po sa issue na paputol putol ang connection. sa awa ng diyos stable na po.. on that day nag ka prob nanaman po ako dahil sobrang bagal ng net ko yung standard na 4.10 to 4.20 mbps downspeed naging 0.10 to 0.50 mbps slow net issue.. nag email ako sa tech support ang ginawa nila ni reset nila account ko on that day na nag email ako... after 24 hours monitoring walang nabago.. ginawa nila nag padala sila ng tech sa bahay onsite visit..ginawa ng tech kanina ginawa nila pinapalitan static ip ko baka don ang prob... after 30min restart modem prolink 5004n at nabago na static ip ko pero di parin nagbago down speed ko 0.20mbps parin super bagal.. try din nila change ng modem na aztech 5018en kaso di mag sync ang connection kaya binalik parin yung prolink na modem... ano po kaya solusyon ng prob ko sa slow net na ito?  umwi at babalik bukas tech dahil hihingi daw siya advice sa mga head niya.. cagayan de oro location ko

          ganyan din sken ilan job order na at technician pinadala dito aun mabagal pa din..mag two years na sken lagi na lang gnun..

            I have the same problem.. started last feb 23 and until now i only have .50 mbps as average download on my 5Mbps plan. I'm also located in Cagayan de Oro. asa ka dapit sa cdo ? I've already called customer service for this but until now wala pa na resolve. I also have a static IP home dsl account.

                    Sorry for that, seems that the probem may be caused by a nationwide problem. Meanwhile, I still prefer to contact them as eager as you were to restore your connection.

                     

                    As far as I remember, we also talked about your unlimited capping with DSL Business. Friendly Advise: You should totally talk to them as your concern to your account is getting worse every time.
