    They said my globe static ip is active but I am still getting Dynamic IPs. Is anyone having this problem?


      I applied for Static IP last Sunday so that I could play my PS3 and Vita seamlessly online. Pero tatlong araw na ang nakalipas and I am still getting Dynamic IPs despite the fact na sinabi na nila na naka Static IP na DAW ako nung March 9 pa. I have been calling two times already about this and they keep redirecting to the "support" group for further feedback. Globe CSRs are completely unaware of these basic problems and these "support" groups can't even be contacted. So is there a something that I must do to obtain my Static IP or do I just have to wait miserably until they change it? I am paying for this service and they are not fulfilling it.
