then we call hotline after 3 days then nakuha namin actually account number.. by calling hotline 211 or 0237301300 using any globe mobile or globelines for free. make sure you have the details and connect to a BROADBAND TECH ACCOUNT.. the caller must be the account holder unless you have the information of the account holder like, prepare for the acknowledgement receipt/ service form a copy for you left by the installer that you can give info for the Agent (hotline)
FOR THE HUAWEI CELLULAR i think same hotline given, but make sure you choose the MOBILE account category or option on the voice prompt you will be hear ing.. FOR FOLLO-UP ACTIVATION...
