on my friend's case we did was just restart my phone since i just paid partial and request for reconnection settle my remaining balance next week..
have you tried restart your phone and pull out sim and put it back again? else you may call hotline for possible reasons,.. thats the basic one,. for further checking also,. b
If you have already settled your account, no need to contact the hotline and request for reconnection unless you want to be charge for it. Just dial 211 from your Globe mobile and access the self service menu for reconnection.
