    GoSurf promo being covered by FUP


      I have recontracted my mobile number with globe from Supersurf 1799 to My Lifestyle Plan 1799 which is registered to GoSurf 999, I have agreed with the condition that once I exceeded the 5GB allocated data consumable, I'll be charged up to 501 pesos based on the anti-bill shock promo. Has anyone of you experienced the same where-in you will receive a notification that your browsing speed has been decreased due to high data usage? this happened to me twice already and I am getting frustrated with this because no one from Globe hotline can answer a concrete solution to my problem.
