- by calling 211 or 027301000
- by accessing the Change My Plan option via http://accounts.globe.com.ph
Calling 211 is a better option. Assuming the CSR is knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, he or she can inform you about applicable charges and consequences if ever you decide to downgrade.

Are you still within the contract period or you have completed already the contract? If you are still within the contract period and opt to downgrade your plan, you will have to pay the pre-termination fees before your can downgrade your plan.
Now, if you are already out of contract definitely you can downgrade your plan anytime its just a phone call a way, however downgrading at this moment will not retain your current plan but instead you will be migrated to new plan which is the myLifestyle plan. So think harder which will fit your needs.
