What globe can help me in replacement of my unit at Cloud Center. It is book for replacement last November 2014 and until no replacement. Is it a breach of contract from globe which advertise to give free unit? and offer no help.
What the service center told you? For defective unit, Globe has a 7 day replacement policy. Beyond that any defect on the device will follow the warranty of the device manufacturer. So if your device is already at the service center and still not repaired, you can demand a replacement from the manufacturer it self.
