Been having connectivity issues connecting to Summoners War. There is already a thread on the COM2US forum but no response yet from their side. If you read the thread I linked, you can see that there are a lot of people that are having the same issue. We've had no response from Globe as well despite the fact that there are already several posts regarding the issue.
Please provide a fix soon, or at the very least, an acknowledgement that you are aware of the issue and doing something about it.
