    Failure to Recontract/Increase Credit Limit


      I went to Robinson's Manila last March 28 and spoke with Bjorn to increase my credit limit so that I would be able to avail of the freebies for the S6 Edge. Got notified that it was already increased real-time. I just talked to Felix of recontracting (7301300) and was just informed that my credit limit has not yet been increased. I'm in a hurry because I need to finish my recontracting before April 5 to avail of the freebies. Is there any direct number to call to investigate this? Going to the Globe store would mean another 1 hour wait.
